We have an attorney who has achieved this distinction. We are highly qualified to provide mediation services in both family and civil law matters. We encourage mediation when possible in order to reduce the emotional stress and financial burden that divorce may cause. In some cases, it is not appropriate or effective. In these instances, we are very capable of, and willing to, go to court on behalf of our clients.
